He attempts to implement the Kenyan style processing, which double the washed process or double soaking. As a result, this method could produce unique and quite distinctive flavors compared to others Gayo coffees. This particular method is remain infamous for most farmers in Indonesia. Cultivated at the elevation of 1,400 to 1,600masl, this coffee is belong to the Abbysinia varietal.
