Flanked between two volcanoes, El Aguila (“The Eagle”) is located in the region of Santa Ana. After decades lost to civil war, this small farm have devoted themselves to rebuilding, and rediscovered seven different high quality coffee varietals planted by the owner’s grandfather decades before. The farm has a unique micro climate which aids the production of exceptional quality coffee.
