What is Gordi Coffee Subscription?
Gordi is Indonesia's first coffee subscription service. Every two weeks, our team curated coffee beans from various Indonesian micro-roasters and select our most favorites for you to enjoy. The selected coffee beans will be shipped directly to your address.
How does the Gordi Coffee Subscription work?
Very easy. All you need to do is choose your package, click on the subscribe button and wait for our confirmation email. For example, if you choose the Blue package, you can expect to receive 2 (two) bags of fresh curated coffee beans from Indonesian roaster and International roaster for your shipment.
How much coffee will I get?
The choice is yours. We provide an option of 100gr, 200gr, and to 500gr for each shipment. If you are interested to subscribe a package with more than 500gr of coffee beans for each shipment, don't hesitate to contact us!
Can I choose a specific coffee for each shipment?
We aim to provide you with the best-curated coffee beans, so you can experience different taste and flavors for each shipment. We want to keep the element of surprise for you when you open the Gordi box. After all, sharing is caring and so does coffee. When you brew the coffee at the comfort of your home, you can always share your experience with your friends and families (or tag us on your social media!). With this in mind, you can not choose a specific coffee for each shipment.
Will I receive the coffee in whole beans or ground?
It's up to you, of course. Although we would highly recommend you to grind the coffee right before brewing, we understand that you might also want it to be practical. To answer this, we have provided an option when you subscribe to choose whether you want whole beans, coarse, fine or very fine ground beans. Need help in choosing the right grind size for your specific brewing method? Just let us know!
Where would I get the coffee from?
We curated your coffee beans from various Indonesian micro-roasters. Sometimes, you will also get coffee beans from International roasters as a surprise such as Market Lane, Papa Paletha, Fuglen, and many more!
How often will I get my coffee?
We deliver the coffee straight to your door every two weeks. Not sure on the date? You can also visit our website for an update.
When does the package get shipped?
We deliver the subscription packages every two weeks on Wednesday. For Jadetabek areas, we will use Porter courier, to ensure you will get your package on Thursday. Shipment for outside Jadetabek areas will use JNE or J&T with regular service and you will receive the package within 3-5 days.
How do I check my shipment?
After you receive a confirmation from us that your package has been delivered, kindly wait 2-3 working days to receive your tracking number by email. You can directly check your shipment on each respective courier's official website, depending on your option.
What are your payment methods?
Currently, we are accepting VISA/Mastercard credit card payments as well as local bank transfers (Mandiri and BCA).
How do I change/edit my subscription status?
You can always change/edit your coffee subscription by logging into your Gordi account, click on My Account, then click on My Subscription and click on Edit. Don't forget to hit the Save button to confirm your changes.
Can I hold off my shipment during my subscription?
Yes, you can. If you paid with credit card for your subscription, you can skip your next shipment by logging into your account and click Manage Subscription. This feature is not available for bank transfer payment.
