Developed by Alfredo Baos, a community leader of coffee growers in the area of Finca Sinai, Palestina, Huila, this plantation grows in the elevation of 1,700masl. Alfredo is one of the influencing people in that area. He came to the city of Palestina in 1987 as a laborer work for Mr. Graciliano Martinez’s farm. In 2002, he finally succeed to manage his own farm named San Isidro in the village of Sinai. When Don Alfredo, that is what people called him, speaks, everyone around listens. He has focused on developing high quality coffee for a long time. As a result, his coffee has been chosen as the top ten of the “Cup of Excellence”.
