Mwendia is a family farm, currently owned by Perminus Githinji Mwendia Family and managed by father and son. Perminus inherited the farm from his parents, who planted the first trees in the 1960s. So Unlike lots that are farmed and then sent to the closest station for processing this all done in one place.
