This coffee comes from an estate who developed by the name of Nelson Ramirez. His farm is called “Chely”, which named after his mother. This farm is located in the mountains above Lake Yojoa, in the area of Santa Barbara, Honduras. This Catuai varietals grown at the elevation between 1,450 to 1,600masl under the heavy fog coming up from the lake below. Those conditions are contribute to slowing down the maturation process of the coffee, producing the unique complexity in a single cup.
