Code Black’s very first Peruvian coffee has been produced by Daysi Paz Cubas, an independent female producer from northern Peru. Daysi’s farm ‘El Bordo’ is in the small village of Bella Horizonte in the San Jose de Lourdes region. She has owned this farm for 10 years and it is approximately 1 hectare in size. She is a member of the Bello Horizonte farmhouse and her farm has collective organic certification. Daysi is a mother of 2, and her husband also produces coffee.
