The Airuma is by far the best pulped natural Brazil we’ve tasted and it produces a cup that has excellent classic sweetness, with a citric driven acidity. Combined with the Nitsu Ruz, a crisp and medium bodied washed Ethiopian, this blend is well balanced and delivers a well structured citrus and stonefruit acidity with a caramel finish.
