This coffee comes from a village called Miallo, in the area of Mappak, Tana Toraja District. The main economic source of Miallo village comes from the coffee farming. What makes it quite distinctive from others Torajan coffee is the mixture between two varietals, S-795 and Typica. Applying the medium roast level of roasting, you will find hints of Nutty, Caramel, Bright Citric Acidity, Medium Body, and Chocolaty Aftertaste as the tasting notes.
